🖤 I desire is to uplift and encourage myself.
🖤 I desire to feel at peace, and when I am down, remember what it takes to spring back into action.
The words we repeat to ourselves and others have energy, and that energy can keep us in bed or leaping out of bed like a fearless child on a trampoline.
And I want to remember, and I hope you remember that, no matter how well we all look, how well we dress, and how much income we earn, we are all going through something, we are all going through a season of preparation for the next phase in life. So while we’re here, let’s think big, let’s be present, kind, and real.

🖤 I am happy and grateful that at work I have moments to pause and reflect. I get excited during breaks, when I’m able to jot down notes in my mind so that I’m no longer rethinking and holding new information.
🖤 I’m here to uplift myself and anyone who needs this reminder and mantra to keep going and to know that they can heal themselves with repeating positive words aloud.
This daily practice is a discipline and once you see the power of positive words, it will be a gift in your life. You’ll be reminded that the things of this world are temporary and this too shall pass.

Take on the daily practice just a few minutes a day (in a calm space) to speak positivity into your life, your mind will search for good and attract goodness. It’s worth the experiment.
