||60||: Begin With Gratitude

Good evening, it’s Thursday, the 27th of August nearly 10:30pm. I couldn’t rest until I posted this blog. I’ve made a commitment to write everyday, whether it be in my notes or on the blog. I’d prefer to write here my digital home and share what’s on my mind.
This commitment to self improvement and pressing on despite my fear of not being skilled enough is the reason I keep on sharing. What I’m about to share with you in this post is an act of love that I practice, Gratitude. Reprogramming my mind to be thankful for what is, and what will be.

My first move in the morning is to roll out of bed, reminding myself, why am I waking up, what is my goal and purpose? Before I plant my feet on the ground, I repeat a few words of gratitude. Then I drink a tall glass of water, play music and do my morning routine involving a hot shower with affirmations.

I am grateful to be alive, healthy, and aware.
I am grateful for the opportunity to focus and improve the quality of my life.
I am grateful to love, encourage and inspire others by being.

What do you want today?

» I write down or Repeat precisely what I want in the present tense. (Examples):

  • “I am free of all credit card debt”
  • “I am a college graduate in the year _____”
  • “I am a money magnet, money comes to me easily and effortlessly, through multiple sources on a continual basis” — that’s a mouthful, yet possible to remember. I’ve repeated this money mantra for months.

During each affirmation, I hold the thought and allow myself to be trilled in the moment, feel the outcome, pause, inhale and exhale.

Our subconscious cannot differentiate between what is real and what is imaginary. If you constantly think about what you don’t want to happen, well my darling that is exactly what will happen. Therefore, I decide to hold onto positive thoughts. The more I hold the positive thoughts daily, the greater the effects will be. Whoever and whatever I set my mind on will manifest in life.


You have the power to uplift yourself. Begin your day speaking kind words to yourself. Even if you don’t believe, these repetitive become mantras, part of our subconscious, just like we internalize negatively, we can hold onto positive words till we believe it with every part of our being.

  • I am love, I am loved, I am enough.
  • I am beautiful, bold, and brave.
  • I am capable of doing all things I set my mind to do.
  • I am resilient.
  • I am forgiven.

I will follow through with my commitments. I will practice vocalizing my gratitude and set my mind on what I want.

You are the thoughts that you hold in your mind ❀ accomplished, accountable, authentic, aware, beautiful, energetic, empowered, focused, free, grateful, joyful, loved, at peace, present, passionate, positive, purposeful, still, healthy, inspired, strong  ❀

~ l hope that you become more aware, uplifted, true to yourself and others, and available to earn and receive many opportunities~
