When I give myself the luxury to day dreaming even for a minutes sometimes it’s filled with worry, such as Yes I want that to accomplish this but how? What if I spent those few minutes focusing clearly about what I want, minus the worry and more energy on what and possibly when?

Because when life places an opportunity or clear idea in front of me, it’s not about the how it’s about saying Yes and figuring it out along the way.

“Believe it can be done. When you believe something can be done, really believe, your mind will find the ways to do it. Believing a solution paves the way to solution.”

David J. Schwartz, The Magic of Thinking Big

Below are two photos representing October 8 & 9 of the Minimalism Game. By now if you’re encouraged to follow along, 1+2+3+4+5+6+7+9= 45 items in a new location. Along with living less it’s about refusing certain things into my own space and being particular about what remains.

In life we all acquire stuff, it happens with our stuff, our partners, children, parents, gifts, etc. These days I’m interested on how little I can survive on and that’s scary because then I have to admit I like to hoard things, like a barrier to distract myself from the dissatisfaction with self or to cure loneliness. Whew! That’s a whole avenue. I’m revealing that self revelations are not easy, so if you’re processing, take a breath, pause, and breathe again because you are courageous and not many start, and you will finish with the vision and focus on the prize. One day at a time.

With Gratitude,
